About

Gloria brings almost two decades of long-term care nursing and reimbursement expertise to every engagement, with close command of Case Mix and Medicaid reimbursement, the federal Medicare PPS process, and OBRA / MDS 3.0 requirements. She currently directs MDS operations, PDPM optimization, and interdisciplinary care planning across New York State, and trains incoming MDS assessors and coordinators on RAI Manual protocol.
